Parking Meters Meters are located throughout the city of East Orange. Central Avenue, Evergreen Place, Main Street, Prospect Street, Freeway Drive East, North Arlington Ave, North Munn Avenue, South Munn Avenue, Behind Scott Flowers, Behind Auto Zone (Amherst off Central Avenue).
Hours: Monday thru Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm Fees: .25 For 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 2 hrs. Holiday Parking: Free Parking (Refer to Holiday Schedule) Sunday: Free parking Method of pay: Quarters only Central Parking Stations Parking pay stations accept coins (quarters only), and paper currency (dollar bills only). Parking meters accept coins (quarters only). No change is given at any pay station.
We currently have one Pay Station located at: East Orange Public Library Parking Lot 21 South Arlington Avenue East Orange, NJ 07017 .25 cents for 30 minutes of parking You can pay to park at this location Monday thru Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm
We currently have one Pay Station located between: City Hall Plaza and the East Orange Post Office 44 City Hall Plaza East Orange, NJ 07019 You can pay to park at this location Monday thru Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
We currently have Four Pay Stations located on Central Avenue between: South Harrison and Halsted Place East Orange, NJ 07018
How to use the Pay Stations:. Please follow the directions listed on the Pay Station. You will need to know your parking space number when paying at the Pay Station.
